Alfie

Alfie is a Dachshund x JRT, with a smooth coat aged 1.5yrs

He has come to us as he unfortunately took too much of a liking to the family rabbits, proving his hunting skills and is now looking for a new home.

He is a very sweet natured young dog, he knows to sit politely for a treat and doesn’t mind being held.

He is happy to meet new people and walks quite well on lead.

As some Dachshunds are known to have back problems, with their short legs and long body, but we have been told by a Dachshund breeder because his legs are longer than the pure bred Dachshund that will help with his back but it is important he doesn’t jump around and leap on and off furniture, or be overly exercised to prevent this from occurring.

Alfie is best suited to home without rabbits and other pocket pets, with a family with children aged over 8 yrs who understand to help with his training and to give him space when he needs it.

He comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and heartworm tested for $500 + $30 lifetime registration in NSW
