Jack Russell Rescue NSW and Australia wide welfare charity strives to find homes for homeless and abandoned Jack Russell Terrier dogs.
The majority of our Jack Russells are saved from death-row in the pounds.

Jack Russell Rescue relies solely public support for funds and is a Charitable Fund which
means all donations over $2 are tax deductable

 "GUS"
Gus is a friendly 5 year old Jack Russell boy who love to be with people.
He is an energetic boy who loves to play with squeaky toys.
Gus enjoys playing fetch and is getting better at bringing the ball back.
Gus would love to keep you company on your daily walk.
He currently pulls on the lead but this could be corrected with training.
He enjoys keeping you company while you go about your jobs in the backyard or inside.
Gus sleeps quietly through the night.

PARALYSIS TICKS WILL KILL DOGS, SADLY DOGS ARE LOST EVERY YEAR.
IN AFFECTED AREAS, SNAKES ARE OUT AND ABOUT THIS SPRING!!
During Snake season
please consider limiting your Jack Russell Terriers range of the
property
and take measures to confine your terrier to a snake proofed
yard if possible.
Complacency can kill,
tick season varies according to temperature and rainfall. Ticks like
warmth and humidity,
there can be "micro-climates"such as creeks and
gullies that ticks love.
The distribution of Paralysis tick is getting
larger and reaching down into Victoria now.
There are various brands and
products that might suit your situation, follow the instructions and renew when
needed.
Never rely soley on your tick prevention products, always
check your pet daily if in a Paralysis Tick area.
Holiday makers, when
travelling about Australia with your pets, find out if the area you are
going into has Paralysis Ticks and go prepared.
